Change of Regional Chair for RDA NW Region

The Regional Committee announce, with sadness, that Gill Petty has stepped down as our Regional Chair. Gill has undertaken the role since 2019 having formerly been Greater Manchester County Chair. Gill worked hard to lead the Region through what was a challenging time, during Covid, juggling the demands of her career with the pressures of being a Regional Chair. We are so grateful to Gill for all she has done for the Region and we very much hope to see her again, at Regional Meetings, in the future.

We are delighted, and very grateful, that Sheila Saner has agreed to take on the role of Regional Chair for the time being until a permanent successor can be found. As most of you know, Sheila has many years of experience in the role and will continue to be supported by our Regional Committee.
