New surface arena for GMRDA

A new arena surface area is making a big difference for the Greater Manchester Group. After over 3 years of hard fund raising and grant applications, the group were able to fund the re-surfacing of the arena which had been suffering from water logging through the winter months. Going right back to basics, the contractors were on site for a week, digging out the old arena, and laying a surface durable for the northern weather and will last for years! Riders and volunteers alike are joyous of now having a perfect arena all year round. The Group continue to fundraise through the year and have their sights set on many rider focused activities through the spring and summer.
